1. Request deletion by email
Send the request
Email xxxniubi00@gmail.com with the subject Dramou account deletion request.
Identify the account
Include the phone number or account identifier used in Dramou. Do not send your password.
Complete verification
Respond to the reasonable verification step our team requests to confirm that the account belongs to you.
Watch for confirmation
We will confirm receipt and send an update when processing is complete.
2. Delete your account in Dramou
- Open Profile.
- Open Account settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Read the notice, enter your current password, and confirm. The reason field is optional.
After a valid request, active access is revoked and account deletion is scheduled for completion within 30 days.
3. Data covered by deletion
On completion, we delete or irreversibly anonymize data associated with the account, including:
Account and profile
Phone number, CPF, authentication data, display name, profile image, and account and device identifiers.
Dramou activity
Favorites, likes, searches, history, playback progress, invitations, and sharing attribution.
Rewards and access
Virtual rewards, balances, episode unlocks, and associated virtual records.
Device and support
Notification tokens and preferences and linked analytics and diagnostic identifiers.
We also ask applicable providers to delete data they process for the account. Offline downloads remain in private app storage on the device and can be removed in the downloads area or by uninstalling Dramou.
4. Data that may be retained
Limited records may be retained only where necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Where possible, these records are de-identified.
The deletion request status and timestamps may be retained as evidence that the request was handled, but the optional free-text deletion reason is cleared when deletion is completed. Retention is limited to the purpose and period that require it.
5. What happens next
We will confirm receipt, complete reasonable identity verification, revoke access, and finish the request within 30 days, unless limited retention is required for a documented legal or security purpose. A completed deletion cannot be undone.
