Dramou does not sell personal information. You can manage permissions, remove offline downloads, and request account deletion in the app or by email.
1. About Dramou
Dramou provides short-drama discovery, story details, vertical episode playback, episode downloads for offline viewing, favorites, viewing progress, accounts, virtual rewards, episode unlocks, promotions, and notifications.
Dramou is operated by 鄄城圣征网络科技有限公司, the legal developer entity registered in Google Play.
2. Information we may collect
- Account information: phone number, account identifier, authentication credentials, display name, profile image, and CPF for users registering a Brazilian account. CPF is used for registration, uniqueness checks, security, and fraud prevention and is not displayed publicly.
- Viewing and app activity: dramas watched, search terms, selected episodes, viewing progress and history, user-selected offline downloads and download status, favorites, likes, notification interactions, playback preferences, invitations, shares, and first-party Dramou attribution.
- Device and app information: a Dramou-generated identifier, notification token, app version, operating system, language, country or region, time zone, and notification-permission status.
- Diagnostics: crash reports, performance metrics, app state, network timing, and technical logs.
- Network and approximate region: IP address, country estimated from IP, request time, request identifier, and security logs.
- Promotion interactions: impressions, playback, clicks, and opening Google Play for promotional GIF or video materials.
- Virtual rewards and access: virtual-coin balance, reward claims, balance changes, episode or drama unlocks, and virtual transaction identifiers. The current version does not collect bank-card details or other real-money payment data.
- Account deletion information: an optional reason supplied when a user requests account deletion. The reason is cleared when deletion is completed.
3. How we use information
- Provide the catalog, artwork, video, user-selected offline downloads, search, favorites, and playback.
- Create and secure accounts and synchronize progress between sessions.
- Issue virtual rewards, maintain balances, unlock eligible episodes, and prevent duplicate or abusive claims.
- Send authorized notifications about content and updates.
- Diagnose failures, monitor performance, prevent abuse, and protect the service.
- Display promotions, open the related Google Play page when you choose, and measure first-party Dramou promotion performance.
- Comply with applicable law and our terms.
4. Service providers
We may use providers for hosting, databases, content and video delivery, support, security, notifications, crash reporting, and performance monitoring. The current version uses Firebase Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, and Remote Config. These providers process information on our behalf under our instructions and their contractual and legal obligations.
6. Retention
We retain account and activity information while an account is active and only for as long as needed to provide Dramou, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Episodes you choose to download for offline viewing are stored in Dramou's private app storage on your device and can be deleted from the offline downloads area or by uninstalling the app.
When a verified account deletion request is submitted, access is revoked and deletion is scheduled for completion within 30 days. Associated data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized, except for limited records that must be retained for a documented security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal purpose. The optional deletion reason is cleared when deletion is completed.
7. Your choices and account deletion
You can manage notifications through your device settings, delete offline episode downloads in Dramou, and update available account or playback settings.
You may request deletion in the app through Profile > Account settings > Delete account, through our Account and Data Deletion page, or by emailing xxxniubi00@gmail.com. The web and email pathways do not require you to reinstall Dramou. We may ask for reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.
8. Security
We use HTTPS/TLS to protect data in transit, store passwords using non-reversible hashes, restrict administrative access, and apply technical and organizational safeguards. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.
9. International processing
Information may be processed in countries where Dramou or its providers operate. We apply safeguards designed to protect information in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
10. Children
Dramou is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without consent required by law, contact us.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Dramou, our practices, applicable law, or platform requirements change. The current version will be published at this address with an updated effective date.
